Privacy policy

Placeholder notice: UniCredX has not yet launched. This page outlines the privacy principles we intend to follow. It will be replaced with a complete, legally reviewed privacy policy before the app collects any personal or financial data.

1. What we plan to collect

Once live, UniCredX expects to collect information you provide directly (such as your name, contact details, KYC documents and income proof) and information generated through your use of the app (such as device and usage data), solely to assess and service loan applications.

2. Waitlist emails

If you join our waitlist, we'll store your email address only to notify you when UniCredX launches. It reaches us by email, sent through a form-delivery service (Web3Forms) rather than stored on our own servers. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered the same way. We won't use either for anything else, and you can ask us to remove them at any time by contacting us.

3. How data will be protected

We intend to encrypt sensitive data in transit and at rest, limit internal access on a need-to-know basis, and never sell personal data to third parties.

4. Your rights

You will be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements that apply to lending records.
